White Leather Varsity Jacket, Black Trim

White leather forms the entire body and sleeves, set in at the shoulder with a center back seam running the length of the panel. A ribbed knit collar, cuffs, and waistband are done in contrasting black rather than matching the body, and a silver-tone zipper runs the full front closure. Two vertical welt pockets sit straight at the hip in self-white, with no black piping carried onto them.

This is the first style in our leather bomber lineup to pair contrasting rib trim with the body instead of a tonal, self-color finish like our black, brown, and blue versions. The black collar, cuffs, and waistband frame the white leather rather than blending into it, giving the jacket a more graphic, higher-contrast look than the rest of the family.

The set-in shoulder and center back seam keep this jacket close to the body through the torso, with the black waistband sitting right at the hip rather than cropped higher.

Full leather has very little stretch, so if a sweater is going underneath, sizing up is worth considering rather than relying on give from the hide. Match your chest and shoulder measurements to our size chart before ordering.

Care Instructions

Where the black ribbing meets the white leather at the collar and cuffs, keep an eye out for dye transfer in the first several wears — new ribbing can occasionally shed a small amount of color onto the adjacent leather with friction, so wipe that seam line with a dry cloth after early wears as a precaution. White leather also shows dirt and oil more visibly than darker colors, so wipe down marks promptly with a leather-specific cleaner rather than letting them set in.
