Welcome to Varsity Forge. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Varsity Forge. Our website, including all content, products, tools, and services offered through it (collectively, the "Services"), is operated by Varsity Forge and hosted on the Shopify platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of varsityforge.com. By visiting our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree to any part of these Terms, please don't use our Services.
1. Eligibility and Account Access
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. When placing an order or creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including contact and shipping details.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or shared with a third party.
2. Our Products
We describe and photograph every varsity jacket, letterman coat, and accessory as accurately as possible, including material composition (wool body, leather sleeves, satin shell), sizing, and construction details. That said, minor variations in color, leather grain, or texture can occur due to the natural character of genuine materials, display calibration, or lighting.
Product details, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any product or service at our discretion.
3. Orders and Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a guaranteed sale. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason — including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. An order is considered accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email.
Once accepted, orders cannot be canceled except as described in our Returns & Refund Policy. If we're unable to fulfill your order, we'll contact you using the information provided at checkout.
4. Made-to-Order and Personalized Jackets
Jackets customized with chenille letters, embroidered patches, custom lining, or personalized names/numbers are produced specifically for you based on the specifications you submit. By placing a custom order, you confirm that any names, numbers, or lettering you provide don't infringe on trademarks, school marks, or third-party intellectual property rights.
We send a photo of your finished custom jacket for approval before it ships. Once you approve that photo, your order moves into fulfillment and cannot be modified, and — per our Returns & Refund Policy — becomes final sale except in cases of defect or fulfillment error on our part.
5. Pricing and Billing
Prices displayed on the Site may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, unless a pricing error is identified before your order ships — in which case we'll contact you before proceeding. Listed prices don't include applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees unless explicitly stated. You confirm that any payment method you use is valid and that you're authorized to use it.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates shown on the Site are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss or damage in transit passes to you, to the extent permitted by law — though we'll always work with you to resolve carrier issues on damaged or lost shipments.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, product photography, logos, graphic designs, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Varsity Forge and protected under applicable intellectual property law. Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that powers our Site. While Shopify supports the underlying technology, all transactions, products, and customer service remain between you and Varsity Forge directly.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Because our store runs on Shopify's infrastructure, some data may also be processed in accordance with Shopify's own privacy practices.
12. Feedback and Reviews
If you submit feedback, product reviews, or suggestions, you grant Varsity Forge a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, and display that feedback — including in marketing materials — without compensation to you. Frequently Asked Questions
Can Varsity Forge cancel my order after I've paid?
Yes, in limited circumstances — for example, suspected fraud, a pricing error, or an item that's out of stock. If this happens, we'll contact you using your checkout information and issue a full refund.
What happens once I approve my custom jacket's pre-dispatch photo?
Approval finalizes your order for production. At that point, the jacket can't be modified or canceled, and it becomes final sale under our Returns & Refund Policy, except in cases of defect or a fulfillment error on our part.
Who owns the rights to product photos and content on varsityforge.com?
Varsity Forge owns or licenses all content on the Site, including photography, logos, and design. It's provided for your personal use only and can't be copied or reused without our written permission.
Am I responsible for my order once it ships?
