Varsity Forge is a factory-direct varsity jacket brand — we design and produce heritage American-style varsity jackets (full wool, full leather, satin) and sell them directly to you online, with no wholesale markup in between.
What makes Varsity Forge different?
Most brands buy from a wholesaler and mark the price up 2–3x. Varsity Forge controls production directly, which is what makes factory-direct pricing possible without cutting corners on materials or construction.
Who makes Varsity Forge jackets?
We manufacture in our own facility in Sialkot, Pakistan — a region known for leather goods and sportswear craftsmanship. We own the process end to end, so there's no distributor between us and you.
What craftsmanship standards do you follow?
Hand-cut and assembled, ribbed knit trims, reinforced snaps, taped interior seams. Every jacket gets a photo check against your order spec before it ships.
Ordering & Production
What does "made-to-order" mean?
Your jacket is cut and built after you order — not pulled from a shelf. That's how we keep quality high at factory-direct prices.
How long does production take?
5–7 business days for standard jackets, 10-12 business days for personlized jackets.
Can I customize my jacket?
Yes — colorways, patches, and lining options.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Within 12 hours, before cutting starts. After that, it's already in production.
How do I know it's made correctly?
We photo-check every jacket against your order before dispatch and send you that photo.
Materials & Sizing
What materials do you use?
Melton wool (Classic/Full Wool), genuine leather (Full Leather), structured satin (Satin line) — all with ribbed knit trims.
Wool vs. leather — what's the difference?
Wool: warmer, lighter, closer to the classic 1950s letterman look. Leather: heavier, more structured, more weather-resistant, sharper streetwear edge.
How do I find my size?
Use the size chart on each product page (chest/shoulder/sleeve/length) — measure a jacket you already own rather than guessing from your T-shirt size.
What if it doesn't fit?
If it doesn't match our size chart, that's on us — free exchange. If it matches the chart but you want a different size, standard exchange terms apply.
Shipping & Delivery
US shipping time?
It take 5-9 business days of shipping after processing time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Duties/taxes are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Shipping cost?
Calculated at checkout; we run free-shipping thresholds periodically.
Can I track my order?
Yes — tracking number and dispatch photo emailed the moment it ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Return policy?
No change-of-mind returns (it's made just for you). Defects or spec mismatches get fixed via exchange or repair.
Can I return a made-to-order jacket?
No, since it can't be resold — but sizing/quality issues are exchanged free.
How do exchanges work?
Contact support within 14 days with photos. Sizing/quality issues: free. Just want a different size/color: may carry a rebuild fee.
Damaged or defective on arrival?
Email us within 7 days with photos — replaced or repaired free.
