This jacket pairs a black wool body with full Full Grain Cowhide leather sleeves, front and back, for the classic two-material varsity look done in an all-black colorway. A ribbed knit collar, cuffs, and waistband in black with a bold orange double-stripe break up the black-on-black base, and silver-tone snap buttons run straight down the front placket. Two vertical welt pockets sit at the hip with leather trim that echoes the sleeves.

Where our other leather-and-wool style keeps the leather to a shoulder panel, this one goes full sleeve, giving it a heavier, more traditional varsity silhouette closer to the classic letterman archetype. The orange ribbing is also new territory for us — every other striped style in the collection runs white, black, or cream, so this is the first time we've brought in a bold color accent against an all-black base.

Care Instructions

Full leather sleeves flex constantly at the elbow with wear, so keep them conditioned to prevent the crease from drying out and cracking over time — this matters more here than on styles with only a small leather panel, since the whole sleeve moves with your arm. Dry clean the wool body rather than machine washing, and keep the jacket away from direct heat sources that can dry out the leather.
