Leather Varsity Jacket, Green and Cream
Leather Varsity Jacket, Green and Cream
Full Grain Cowhide leather forms the body in green with contrasting cream leather sleeves, set in at a traditional shoulder seam. A ribbed knit collar, cuffs, and waistband carry a cream double-stripe against the green ribbing, and five cream snap buttons close the front placket. Two besom pockets are finished with a thin cream piping along the opening.
An all-leather build with contrasting sleeve and body colors is one of the more labor-intensive constructions in the category, since two separate leather hides have to be cut, matched, and stitched together at the shoulder seam rather than pairing leather with a softer body fabric. The result is a heavier, more structured jacket than a wool or satin build, with a stiffer break-in period but more durability over time.

Fit & Sizing
This jacket holds a structured, boxy shape typical of a full-leather build, with a set-in sleeve that sits closer to the shoulder than a raglan cut for a classic letterman silhouette.
Model reference: Shown on a 6'1" (185 cm), 170 lb (77 kg) model in size M.
Full leather has less initial give than wool or satin, so it will feel stiffer out of the box and soften with wear. Compare your chest and shoulder measurements against our size chart before ordering.
Why This Jacket
- All Full Grain Cowhide construction — both body and sleeves are genuine leather, not a leather-and-fabric hybrid.
- Two-hide color contrast — green body and cream sleeves require matching and cutting two separate leather panels.
- Set-in sleeve construction — the traditional shoulder seam gives this jacket a more classic letterman shape than a raglan cut.
- Cream-piped pockets — the piping adds a defined edge against the green leather body.
- Quilted interior lining — adds warmth and structure without extra bulk under the leather shell.
Care Instructions
Condition the leather every few months with a leather-specific product to keep it from drying out, and avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade or crack the surface over time. Wipe down any spills or dirt promptly with a dry or barely damp cloth, and store on a padded hanger rather than folded to keep the leather from creasing at the fold lines.
